Mount Carmel Worship Watch
The Mount Carmel Worship Watch (MCWW) is a 24/7 worship and intercession watch located on the highest point of Mt. Carmel, Israel, in the Kehilat HaCarmel (Carmel Congregation) Worship Center (www.carmelcongregation.org.il ).
An expression of the founding vision and mandate of Kehilat HaCarmel to restore the altar of the Lord on Mt. Carmel in the legacy of Elijah (1 Kings 18:30-32), the Mount Carmel Worship Watch is drawing worship teams and intercessors from Israel and the nations to offer up spiritual sacrifices of praise, proclamation, and prayer on this strategic high place in northern Israel. As we stand together in unity as the “one new man” of Jews and Arabs, and Gentiles from the nations, we are “making known to the principalities and powers of darkness, the manifold wisdom of God” (Eph. 3:10).
In these end-times, we are being called as watchmen, to “position ourselves, stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord” (2 Chron. 20:17). From the top of Mt. Carmel, our corporate worship and declarations become a “shield of faith,” pushing back the spiritual forces that threaten the Lord’s purposes for the nation of Israel. Truly we are hearing “the sound of the abundance of rain” (1 Kings 18:41) as the heavens are opening over northern Israel.
If you believe the Lord is calling you to participate in the MCWW, please click on www.carmelcongregation.org.il/ worship for the schedule of weekly watches and special extended intercessory worship events. Or email us at groups@carmelcongregation.org. il
